Conversion of shower rooms
into office space

The conversion of former shower rooms from the GDR era made it possible to create a new office space and a utility room on the ground floor. The structural work included extensive repairs to the plaster and painting work. In addition, extensive installation of building services, electrical and fire protection cables was carried out, and the floor was rebuilt with insulation and screed. Furthermore, the floor was fitted with wooden parquet (upright lamella) and two new doors were installed.
