The barrier-free renovation of the former storage room on the ground floor of villa\wigman with a new installation of drains and a connection to the main underground pipe began in August 2021 with preparations.
The following steps have been done:
Building preparations
Core removal of the storage room, removal of floor covering and screed, protection and maintenance of the historical foot wash basin
Structural work/plumbing
Production of a new floor/screed for changing room, bathroom area and the new emergency exit, installation of a water pipe and drainpipes.
Dry construction
Installation of walls (partly with an upgrade of fire protection), running of cables (ELT)
